Making a Purchase
The information you provide upon making a purchase includes general facts necessary for us to complete your order, for instance, your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number. Your credit card number is privileged information and will at no time be shared with a third party, save and except for the authorised payment processing agents. Your credit card details will not be stored. Other information is stored and maintained in a secured location separated from this website.
Please note that upon submitting your testimonial, the information you provide including but without limitation to your name, age, gender, location, occupation and testimonial will be automatically used, published and/or shared on this website and other marketing materials as may be deemed appropriate by us without further reference to you.
ORIQUE.com ships with Pos-Laju and Pos Malaysia which we think is appropriate by referring to customer location and a tracking number will be provided via email, customer need to make sure the email being registered is valid to receive this notification.
All order will be dispatched the next day if ordered and paid after 10am, or the following day for orders after 10am. We will ship out orders from Monday to Friday. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please carefully check that you have entered the correct address. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout, We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that is provided by the customer.
We accept pick-ups, please select self-pickup during checkout and visit us at our office address as stated in our Contact Us section.
Delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. We're unable to take responsibility if the item is not delivered on time but we'll help to monitor and urge for timely deliveries. We may request additional information before processing and shipping orders whenever we deem necessary. In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than usual to arrive.
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition or you have received defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 working days and do not discard the product unless we’ve directed you to do so. Upon confirmation with our support team personnel, you can then return the product unused and in the same condition as you’ve received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice in order to obtain a refund which will include the full cost of the product, shipping charges, customs, tariffs and taxes.
We shall process the refund once we’ve received the product and confirmed that it is in unused condition, in its original packaging, along with its original invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
